TBG adds another value. We do not constrain you or the contractor in
anyway. If you offer the contractor a full time position we are not involved
and no fee of any kind is due. If the contractor wants to continue working
with you and use another agency for any reason, then we step out quietly and
professional and no fee of any kind is due.
Our fee structure starts tat $5.00 per hour for 0 to
$35 per hour compensation to the contractor; $6.00 per hour for $36 to $70,
and $7.00 per hour for above $70.00 per hour compensation to the contractor.
The cost of insurance coverage rises based on pay rate to the contractor.
